MobiBoom - The French design explosition : 1945-1975

1945-1975 : throughout the three decades known as the "trente Glorieuses", furniture creation underwent profound changes in its forms and materials. Adapting to evolving lifestyles, this revolution was accompanied by the democratisation of design by mass-production techniques and the creation of new retail networks.
In an exhibition design by Pierre Charpin, the works of this period are accompanied by a wealth of photographs, posters and film and TV interviews enabling us to relive the French euphoria for this new type of furniture.
